During this step, we’ll cover what it looks like to love and embrace the body you have and to get strong - both physically and mentally - in the process.
Rock n’ Roll Rollercoaster
Your emotional strength and self control are going to be the anchors of meaningful change that lasts. We discuss helpful strategies to build grit, resiliency and self-control and how to apply those in our everyday lives.
Awakening to the Adult Child
Recreating a new relationship with your child(ren) or other family members is at the core of this step. It’s about new discoveries, acceptance and growing together.
Mindset Maintained
During this phase, we’ll make sure you are set up with goals to maintain your results and creating a positive mindset that lasts.
